Custodians and janitors work very hard and seem to never get the recognition that they deserve. When everyone goes home for the day, the custodian is the one who stays late to make sure everything looks good for the next day. We make sure all the carpets and hardwood floors are vacuumed, mopped, bathrooms are cleaned, desks are dusted, and of course there is much more we do.

Janitors work just as hard or at times harder than some. Custodians deserve the respect and recognition just as much as the CEO does. When you think about how nice the offices look, remember it’s the nighttime janitor.
